The Parochial Church Council shares with the vicar in giving oversight to the mission, ministry and resources of the parish.  It meets on the second Tuesday of alternate months starting in May each year following its appointment at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting in April.

The following committees and working groups assist the PCC in fulfilling its responsibilities:

• CHILD & VULNERABLE ADULT PROTECTION COMMITTEE
• CHARITABLE GIVING COMMITTEE
• PUBLICITY COMMITTEE
• RISK ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE
• STANDING COMMITTEE
• ENVIRONMENT & ECOLOGY WORKING GROUP

In addition to the formal PCC committees, the following groups also serve the ongoing life and mission of the church:

• FORGING LINKS COMMITTEE (Hook with Warsash CE Primary School liaison)
• STAFF MINISTRY TEAM (Vicar, Readers, Wardens)
