The celebration by Warsash Shore on Sea Sunday was very moving with 500 people, our MP, Deputy Mayor and visiting Bishops from Ghana. Wreaths were laid at the D-Day Memorial in a simple act of remembrance. Sea Sunday 'Shore Hymns of Praise' is on 12th July 2009 at 6.30pm.
1000 people joined in the Remembrance Sunday commemorations on 9th November 2008. A full parade from Warsash Clock Tower to the Church. At 10:10 the parade stopped for an act of remembrance at the War Memorial outside Victory Hall before moving on to the Church for the Remembrance Service at 10:50. Remembrance Sunday is on 8th November 2009. Please join us for these important village occasions.

Churches in Warsash
Four congregations gather within the parish of Hook with Warsash. Most churches in the wider area are soon to gather together in work and mission under a new banner of Western Wards Churches Network.

Warsash Wasps SFC
Warsash Wasps SFC is our local football club. One of the largest in Hampshire with 27 teams, girls and boys.
St.Mary's Church is pleased to have sponsored one of the teams and Congratulations are in order for Warsash Wasps St.Mary's Sponsored Team who won the Southcott Homes Southampton FA Junior A Cup on 24th March.
